  12. Just wanted to pass along this little tidbit to everyone. If you are
  13. waiting for something to be shipped out with a RA number don't call on
  14. the weekend! I've been waiting for my updated firmware for two weeks.
  15. After I called and was on hold for like a half hour, I find out the
  16. customer service rep had no access to find out what the problem was.
  17. Seems like the only way is to bug the hell out of them via e-mail. :-)
